Meet the teacher
The difference between a successful person and others is not a lack of strength, not a lack of knowledge,
but rather a lack of will." --Vince Lombardi

It's 2021 already?!!Time flies when you're having fun! With our school year half-done, it is really moving now.
The cold month of February will hopefully give us plenty of snow to go out skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing. As March comes, we will be looking forward to the Junior Class taking the ACT and a full-week of Spring Break! Spring sports will be a major focus for many starting in April. Many sophomores also start to look for their first jobs around this time. Before we know it, this year will be over. Let's continue to think about how all this hard work this year will pay off for your future. Think about increasing GPA's to get into colleges, working hard for good grades, practicing language skills for the ACT next year, and thinking about how overall hard-work will set you up for success. Many of you may be thinking about your futures after L-C. It's a good time to start thinking about those things. What is out there for you? Can you get into a work-study program, start NWTC classes early, or qualify for work release next year? Check out the guidance office to find out what you can do for your future. |
Chromebooks and Ear Buds Please Please have chrome books charged for my class. An occasional slip on this is okay, but it is not okay everyday. Please be responsible so we can utilize the time in class to get your work done. I am truly hoping that if you work hard during class, you probably will not have much homework. If you don't have your materials or your chrome book charged, that will be your responsibility to make up whatever work you didn't get done. Thirdly, be sure to take care of them. They must last and if you have any problems, take them to Mr. Romdenne. He's fast and efficient and will get it back to you as soon as possible. Lastly, every student needs to have a pair of ear buds for class. I have many teaching videos that students play in class to help with assignments. Ear buds are necessary for not distracting others. |
